I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with Aquatic Reef Design was a letdown. As a beginner in the saltwater aquarium world, I thought I'd found the perfect partner to help me achieve my reefing goals. Their showroom in Ocala seemed like a dream come true - a vast array of live fish, corals, and invertebrates that I couldn't wait to introduce to my tank. However, the reality was far from the promise. The team, although knowledgeable, seemed more interested in selling me expensive equipment than actually helping me understand the unique requirements of my tank. I left feeling overwhelmed and unsure if I was making the right decisions for my marine pets. The Fans Only Rewards Program, which I thought would be a great incentive, ended up being more of a hassle than a benefit. Earning points was confusing, and the rewards didn't seem worth the effort. My tank, which I had envisioned to be a thriving ecosystem, is now struggling to stay healthy. I've had to seek advice from other, more willing sources.
