I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Applelec Supply. As a retail designer, I was looking for a reliable partner to provide high-quality lighting solutions for my clients. Unfortunately, my experience with Applelec Supply was a letdown. Despite their impressive product range, including the award-winning Applelec LED Light Sheet, their customer service team seemed uninterested in helping me find the right solution for my project. The team's lack of knowledge about their own products, such as the SloanLED and AgiLight's range of signage lighting solutions, was surprising. I was expecting a more personalized approach, considering their claim of having a 'dedicated team' and 'wealth of knowledge.' The fast UK delivery and free LED layout tool are great features, but they don't make up for the subpar service. I ended up having to seek alternative suppliers who could provide better support and guidance. For a company that prides itself on being a 'leading provider of illumination solutions,' Applelec Supply needs to work on their customer service skills. Until then, I would not recommend them to my colleagues or friends in the industry.
