I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a used vehicle from Apple Auto Sales in Windsor, Ontario. Despite their motto of 'Clean Cars @ Lowest Price,' I found the experience to be anything but. The car I bought, a 2018 Hyundai Elantra, was advertised as being in excellent condition with a thorough reconditioning process. However, within the first week of owning the vehicle, I discovered several issues that were not disclosed by the dealership, including a faulty transmission and worn-out brake pads. When I brought these issues to the attention of the sales team, they seemed unconcerned and unhelpful, stating that these problems were not their responsibility. The powertrain warranty that came with the vehicle proved to be more of a hassle than a benefit, with a $100 deductible and a claim process that was overly complicated. To make matters worse, the price I paid for the vehicle was significantly higher than similar models at other dealerships in the area. The sales team at Apple Auto Sales seemed more interested in making a sale than in ensuring customer satisfaction. Overall, I would not recommend Apple Auto Sales to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable used vehicle. Their commitment to quality and customer service appears to be nothing more than a marketing gimmick. Save yourself the headache and explore other options in the Windsor area.
