Underwhelming Experience: Lackluster Quality and Overpriced

I was really looking forward to working with Appeler for my sister's wedding, given their wide range of products and themes. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown from start to finish. The wooden printed decorations we ordered looked cheap and lacked the personal touch we were promised. The DIY materials made from plexiglass were flimsy and not worth the hefty price tag. The wedding invitations, which were supposed to be a highlight, had typos and the design was not as customized as we had requested. The wedding favors, meant to be a thoughtful gesture for our guests, arrived late and were not as described. For a company that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction, Appeler fell short in every aspect. Their commitment to making special occasions 'even more memorable and personalized' seemed like an empty promise. With so many other options available, I would caution against choosing Appeler for your special events. The lack of attention to detail, poor quality of products, and high prices make them a less desirable choice. Perhaps they need to revisit their production process and customer service approach to live up to their industry reputation.
