I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Anvelope Antoniu. As someone who's particular about their car, I expected a higher level of service and expertise. Unfortunately, the team seemed more interested in making a sale than actually listening to my needs. I asked for a specific type of tire, but they kept pushing me towards a more expensive option without explaining the benefits. The website promised a user-friendly interface, but I found it clunky and hard to navigate. When I finally decided to visit the store, the waiting area was cramped and uncomfortable. The 'professional services' they advertised were nothing special - the tire balancing took longer than expected, and the auto detailing was subpar. The prices were competitive, I'll give them that, but the overall experience was a letdown.
