Antillectual is a punk rock trio from Nijmegen, the Netherlands, known for their socially conscious and energetic music. Formed in 2005, the band has toured and released albums worldwide, combining the best of '90s skatepunk, '00s emo, and '10s orgcore to create their unique sound. With a strong focus on political and melodic punk rock, Antillectual has built a reputation for their high-energy live performances and thought-provoking lyrics. The band has toured extensively across the globe, including the USA, Canada, Brazil, Japan, Russia, and Europe, and has shared the stage with notable bands such as Propagandhi, Boysetsfire, Ten Foot Pole, NOFX, Bad Religion, Rise Against, and The Gaslight Anthem. Antillectual has also participated in various festivals, including The Fest Florida, PunkRockHoliday, Jera On Air, Give It A Name, and Eurosonic/Noorderslag. In addition to their music, the band is committed to social causes and has collaborated with other artists, including Chris Hannah of Propagandhi, Nathan Gray of BoySetsFire, and Thomas Barnett of Strike Anywhere.
