I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Anthea Floral Design. I ordered the 'Helaena Deluxe' arrangement for my anniversary, expecting the 50 roses to be fresh and exquisite. Unfortunately, when the arrangement arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures on their website. The roses were wilted, and the overall design was lackluster. I called the company to express my disappointment, but the customer service representative seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. They offered a half-hearted apology and a discount on my next purchase, which I don't plan on making. For a company that claims to be dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction, I expected much better. The fact that they work with fine Ecuadorian and Colombian flower suppliers means little if they can't deliver on their promises. I've had better experiences with other florists in the Miami area, and I would not recommend Anthea Floral Design to anyone looking for beautiful and meaningful floral arrangements.
