I'm not one to write reviews, but my experience with Ample Blaze Management was a perfect storm of disappointment. As someone who's worked in IT for years, I was expecting a seamless and professional service from a company that claims to be at the 'forefront of technological advancements.' What I got was a series of unfulfilled promises and subpar communication. The video tutorials on Ampleblaze.com, while plentiful, seemed outdated and failed to address my specific issues with Microsoft Operating Systems. When I opted for their remote services, starting at $70.00, I was hoping for a quick and efficient resolution to my problems. Instead, the process was slow, and the solutions provided were not significantly different from what I could have found online for free. The file conversion service, which I paid $5.00 for, took longer than expected and didn't quite meet my requirements. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the data recovery service, which cost $150.00.
