I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from AmeriClean. After a pipe burst in my basement, I called them for water damage restoration, hoping their 45 years of experience would translate to a smooth and efficient process. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. The team that arrived was disorganized, and it took them hours to start the actual work. The communication was poor, and I had to constantly call to get updates. The final result was subpar, with visible water stains still present after they 'finished' the job. For a company that prides itself on swift restoration and customer satisfaction, AmeriClean fell woefully short. The lack of attention to detail and the unprofessional demeanor of some team members made the entire experience frustrating. Perhaps their long history and veteran ownership have made them complacent, but as a customer, I expect more, especially when dealing with a stressful situation like water damage. Needless to say, I would not recommend AmeriClean to anyone looking for reliable and efficient disaster restoration services.
