From the initial phone call to the final walk-through, I felt like I was just another number to them. The technician who came to my home seemed put off by my questions and concerns, and the 'superior cleaning solutions' they used left my carpets smelling like a mixture of cheap perfume and disappointment. The real kicker was the bill – I was charged an arm and a leg for a service that didn't even come close to meeting my expectations. As someone who values transparency and honesty, I was disappointed to find out that the 'competitive pricing' they advertised was nothing more than a bait-and-switch tactic. The 'convenient hours' they boasted about? More like 'inconvenient delays' and 'unreliable scheduling.' I've had better luck with DIY cleaning solutions from the dollar store. Save your time and money, folks – AmeriClean is all hype and no substance. One star from me, and that's being generous.
