I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with American Powersports LLC was a letdown. As an avid UTV enthusiast, I was excited to explore Arizona's trails with their rentals. However, the whole process felt like a disappointment from start to finish. First, the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very knowledgeable about the trails, which was surprising given their claims of being familiar with the area. The UTV itself was not in the best condition - it had a weird rattling noise the entire time, and the fuel level was lower than expected. What really got me, though, was the 'convenience' amenities they advertised. We had to ask multiple times for goggles and helmets, and when we finally got them, they were not the right size. The 'no additional cost' promise felt like a gimmick. The tow and go service was delayed, and the communication about it was poor. For a company that prides itself on building trust and providing excellent service, especially with their military discounts and loyalty programs, I expected a lot more. Maybe it was just a bad day, but as someone who's looking for a reliable and enjoyable UTV rental experience, I wouldn't recommend American Powersports LLC based on my visit. The trails of Arizona deserve better representation than this.
