Disappointing Experience with the American Heart Association's Hands-Only CPR Training

I recently attended the American Heart Association's Hands-Only CPR training, expecting a comprehensive and engaging experience. Unfortunately, the session was poorly organized, and the instructor seemed unprepared. The training materials were outdated, and the practice sessions were rushed, leaving me feeling uncertain about my ability to perform CPR correctly. As someone who is passionate about health and wellness, I was disappointed by the AHA's lack of attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality training. The organization's mission to create a healthier world is admirable, but their execution fell short in this instance. I hope that the AHA will take steps to improve their training programs and provide a better experience for future participants.
