I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience at American Fast Lane was a total letdown. I stopped by for a routine oil change, but what I got was a lengthy wait and a hefty bill. The gentlemen's discount on Tuesdays is a nice touch, but it doesn't make up for the subpar service. The technician seemed rushed and didn't even bother to explain what they were doing. I asked about the quality of the oil they were using, and they just shrugged it off. Not exactly the kind of confidence-inspiring interaction you want when you're leaving your vehicle in someone's hands. The waiting area was also a bit cramped and outdated, with stale coffee and a TV that only seemed to play static. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I won't be back to find out. With so many other options in the area, I'd recommend taking your business (and your vehicle) elsewhere. The 'fast' in American Fast Lane must be referring to how quickly they'll take your money, because the service itself was anything but speedy.
