I was initially impressed by AméliorAction's mission to help organizations improve their business processes through continuous improvement techniques and innovative technological solutions. However, my experience with them was a letdown. We hired them to conduct an audit of our processes and develop a diagnostic and action plan for improvement, but the final result was underwhelming. The report lacked depth and actionable insights, and the recommendations seemed generic and not tailored to our specific needs. The team's communication was also poor, with delayed responses and unfulfilled promises. Despite their claims of expertise in operational excellence and digital solutions, I felt that they lacked the practical experience to truly understand our challenges.
