Under Construction, Just Like My Trust in Them

I'm not one to usually write reviews, especially not negative ones, but my experience with Ambivert Cosmetics (or lack thereof) has left me feeling pretty underwhelmed. The website, which I guess is undergoing some kind of 'beauty makeover' of its own, is basically a blank slate. I mean, I get it, renovations happen, but as a potential customer, it's kinda frustrating to not have any clue what this company is actually about or what they offer. Are they into skincare? Makeup? Haircare? Your guess is as good as mine. All I can do is join their email community and wait, which feels like a pretty passive way to engage with a brand. I'm all for supporting companies that are still finding their footing, but some basic info about their products or mission would be nice. Until then, I'm just gonna have to take my curiosity (and my wallet) elsewhere. Maybe when they're done with their website makeover, they'll have something worth showing off. Until then, 1 star from me, and that's being generous.
