Inconvenient and Unreliable: Avoid Amazon Locker - Piute

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Amazon Locker - Piute. As someone who's always on-the-go, I thought this would be a convenient option for picking up my packages. Boy, was I wrong! The location is supposed to be open 24/7, but when I arrived at 9 PM to collect my package, the locker was out of order. I tried to contact customer support, but they just kept transferring me to different people, and eventually, I was told to try again the next day. The next day, I went back, and the locker was still not working. I ended up having to drive all the way to the Amazon warehouse to pick up my package, which defeated the whole purpose of using the locker in the first place. The Comfort Inn & Suites location is also not very well-lit at night, which made me feel uncomfortable waiting around for my package. I've used other Amazon Lockers before, but this one has been a nightmare. The idea is great, but the execution is poor. Until they get their act together, I'd advise others to avoid Amazon Locker - Piute and opt for a different delivery location.
