I stopped by Amazon Counter - Mike's Pharmacy III to pick up a package, expecting a seamless experience. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. The location was a bit hard to find, and when I finally got there, the staff seemed overwhelmed. They couldn't find my package at first, and when they did, it took them a while to retrieve it. I was looking forward to a quick in-and-out, but ended up waiting for about 20 minutes. The staff was friendly, but the disorganization and lack of efficiency made the experience frustrating. Maybe it was just a bad day, but as someone who values their time, I hope they can improve their pickup process. For now, I'll think twice before using this Counter location again.
