I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from ALUMIPETEL. I hired them to install custom aluminum doors and windows for my house in Curitiba, and it's been a never-ending nightmare. First, they took weeks to respond to my initial inquiry, and when they finally did, they seemed disorganized and unsure about their own products and services. The sales team promised me the world, but the installation team was a completely different story. They showed up late, looked unprepared, and seemed to be figuring things out as they went along. The workmanship was subpar, with visible scratches and dents on the aluminum structures. When I pointed out the issues, they just shrugged it off and told me it was 'normal.' Normal?! I've never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. The communication was also terrible. They wouldn't return my calls or respond to my messages, leaving me wondering what was going on with my project. It took them months to complete the installation, and even then, it was incomplete. I had to hire another company to fix their mistakes and finish the job. ALUMIPETEL's customer service is non-existent. They don't care about their clients' satisfaction or concerns. They just want to get paid and move on to the next project. I regret choosing ALUMIPETEL and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Save your time, money, and sanity, and go with a more reliable and professional company.
