I'm still fuming after my disastrous experience with Aluminium Goulet et fils inc. As a homeowner in Granby, I thought I was in good hands with this local business, but boy was I wrong. Their 'customized services' and 'high-quality products' turned out to be nothing more than empty promises. The aluminum rolling they did for my roof was subpar, with visible scratches and uneven finishes. And don't even get me started on the soffit installation – it's like they didn't even bother to measure properly, leaving huge gaps that let in the wind and rain. When I tried to address these issues with their team, they were defensive and uncooperative, blaming me for 'not understanding' their work. With over 40 years of experience, you'd think they'd have their act together, but it seems like they're just resting on their laurels. Unless you want to deal with shoddy workmanship and terrible customer service, stay far, far away from Aluminium Goulet et fils inc. One star from me, and that's being generous.
