I'm still trying to wrap my head around the experience I had with Allstar Capital Group. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. The team's communication was spotty at best, and I found myself chasing them down for updates on my loan status. When I finally got a quote, it was far from competitive, and the terms were less than favorable. I was expecting a more personalized approach, given their claims of building long-term relationships, but it felt like I was just another number in their system. The whole process was slow, and the lack of transparency regarding their underwriting process was alarming. I ended up taking my business (and my investment opportunities) elsewhere. If you're a real estate investor looking for reliable financing solutions, I'd caution against Allstar Capital Group.
