I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Alliance Storage in Corvallis. Despite their claims of being a 'premier storage solution provider,' my experience was marred by disorganization and overpricing. The facility itself was clean, I'll give them that, but the heated indoor drive-up units were not as convenient as I thought they'd be, especially considering the hefty price tag. The staff seemed friendly, but they didn't seem to have a grasp on their inventory or availability, which led to a lot of back-and-forth and wasted time. The round-the-clock video surveillance and gated entry with keypad access were nice touches, but they didn't make up for the poor customer service and lack of transparency when it came to pricing. I was told one price over the phone, but when I arrived, they tried to charge me more, citing 'additional fees' that weren't clearly explained. The whole experience felt like a bait-and-switch. I ended up having to look elsewhere for my storage needs, and I would not recommend Alliance Storage to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience. With so many other options available in Oregon, it's surprising that Alliance Storage doesn't do more to stand out from the crowd. Perhaps they should focus on streamlining their operations and being more upfront with their customers about what they can expect. Until then, I'd advise others to steer clear.
