I'm extremely disappointed with the service we received from AllCode. As a business looking to migrate our applications to the cloud, we were promised a seamless experience with significant cost savings. However, the reality was far from it. The migration process was delayed multiple times, and when it finally happened, our costs didn't decrease by the promised 50%. In fact, they only went down by about 10%, which was a major letdown. Their 'cutting-edge' blockchain and AI solutions sounded impressive, but in practice, they seemed more like buzzwords than actual value-added services. The DevOps solutions they implemented were clunky and didn't streamline our development lifecycle as promised. Moreover, their security services, while comprehensive on paper, failed to protect us from a significant data breach. The aftermath was handled poorly, with little communication or support from their team. To top it all off, their data visualization services, which were supposed to provide us with actionable insights, ended up being confusing and not tailored to our needs at all. The QA process seemed lacking, as we encountered numerous bugs and issues post-launch. All in all, our experience with AllCode was a perfect example of how overpromising and underdelivering can lead to a loss of trust and business. We expected a top-tier Advanced Consulting Partner to deliver high-quality solutions, but what we got was subpar service and a bunch of empty promises.
