All Square is a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to investing in people impacted by mass incarceration. Since its inception, the organization has been committed to healing the harms created by the criminal legal system by changing the way criminal records are used and viewed. Through its innovative approaches, All Square has employed over 72 justice-impacted individuals, paid out more than $3 million in wages and benefits, and provided significant debt alleviation and seed capital to support their reintegration into society. The organization's holistic approach also includes providing access to therapy sessions for justice-impacted individuals and their families, with over 1,500 sessions covered to date. All Square's mission is rooted in its belief in the potential of those who have been impacted by the criminal legal system and its commitment to creating a more just and equitable society. The organization's flagship program, the Fellowship, focuses on employment, wellness, and creative skills development, exclusively for individuals impacted by mass incarceration. Additionally, All Square operates a craft grilled cheese restaurant and food truck, which serve as community hubs and provide a safe space for those re-entering society to access competitive job opportunities. The Legal Revolution, another key initiative, aims to transform the law by ensuring that those most impacted by it have the opportunity to lead the way. This includes providing access to paralegal and juris doctorate degrees, as well as externships and civil legal services to eliminate the collateral effects of mass incarceration. Through its work, All Square is unapologetically committed to channeling resources to individuals who face significant barriers to freedom due to their criminal record or active incarceration. By addressing the root causes of these barriers and providing comprehensive support, All Square is working to create a more just and equitable society for all.
