I was thoroughly unimpressed with the service I received from All Points Realty. Despite their claims of being a 'trusted digital resource,' I found their website to be clunky and outdated. The real-time updates they promised were rarely accurate, and I often had to call to get the most current information. Kathy Holmes and her team seemed more interested in making a sale than in truly understanding my needs as a buyer. The 'local expertise' they touted was nowhere to be found, as they struggled to answer even basic questions about the area. Perhaps most frustrating was the lack of transparency in their dealings. I was consistently left in the dark about the status of my purchase, and had to chase them down for updates. For a company that prides itself on 'customer satisfaction,' they certainly didn't deliver. I would not recommend All Points Realty to anyone looking for a hassle-free home buying experience in Northeast Ohio.
