June 06, 2025Disappointing Experience at All Creatures Animal Hospital
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at All Creatures Animal Hospital. I took my cat, Mr. Whiskers, in for a routine check-up, but the experience was anything but routine. The wait time was over an hour, and when the veterinarian finally saw us, she seemed rushed and didn't take the time to answer all of my questions. The staff was friendly, but they didn't seem very organized, and I had to ask multiple times for updates on my cat's test results. To make matters worse, the bill was much higher than I expected, and they didn't provide a clear breakdown of the costs. I've taken my pets to other veterinary clinics in the area, and I have to say that All Creatures Animal Hospital fell short of my expectations. Maybe it was just an off day, but I won't be taking my pets back there anytime soon. The lack of communication and organization was really frustrating, and I hope they can improve their services in the future.
