I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at All About Buildings and Trailers in Avon Park, Florida. As a customer looking for a customizable barn, I was initially impressed by their wide range of products and friendly staff. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. The sales team seemed more interested in making a sale than actually listening to my needs, and the 'customizable' options were limited and overpriced. The barn I purchased was supposed to be delivered within 6 weeks, but it took over 12 weeks to arrive, and when it did, it was missing several key features I had specifically requested. The quality of the building was subpar, with noticeable defects in the materials and construction. When I tried to contact the company to address these issues, I was met with resistance and excuses. The customer service team seemed more focused on protecting the company's reputation than actually resolving my problems. Needless to say, I would not recommend All About Buildings and Trailers to anyone. The prices are inflated, the products are mediocre, and the service is abysmal. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere for your building and trailer needs.
