I was really looking forward to working with Aliso Viejo Website Design, given their 18 years of experience and promises of a comprehensive online presence. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from the very start. The initial consultation felt rushed, and I didn't feel like they truly understood my business's unique needs. The strategies they proposed seemed generic and didn't align with my goals. When I asked questions, I was met with vague answers and a push to sign up for their services ASAP. The prices were steep, especially considering the quality of work I've seen from other agencies. I opted for a basic website design package, and what I got was a site that looked like it was built using a DIY website builder – not worth the thousands of dollars I paid. The 'quick, reliable support 7 days a week' they advertised was also a myth. It took them days to respond to my queries, and even then, the solutions were lacking.
