I had to ask multiple times how the process was going and when it would be finished. The technician seemed somewhat disorganized and didn't provide any clear explanations of what they were doing or why certain steps were necessary. When the job was finally done, I was expecting to see a significant improvement in the clarity and brightness of my headlights, but honestly, the difference was barely noticeable. For $150 (they charged me $50 more than the quoted price due to some 'extra work' needed, which they didn't fully explain), I expected a lot more. The warranty they offer sounds good on paper, but given the subpar work, I'm skeptical about relying on it.
