I'm still fuming after my experience at Alfa Tires. As someone who's worked in the automotive industry, I know a thing or two about good service - and this place fell flat. The wait time was ridiculous, and when I finally got my car looked at, the technician seemed put off by my questions. I asked about the difference between their 'deluxe' and 'standard' tire packages, and he just shrugged and said 'they're pretty much the same.' Not exactly what I'd call 'exceptional customer service.' The prices were also higher than quoted, which was a nasty surprise. Maybe they're trying to make up for something, but it's not going to be with my business. The lobby area was clean, I'll give them that - but it's not like that makes up for subpar workmanship and a general air of indifference. Unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, I'd suggest taking your tire needs (and your wallet) elsewhere. Alfa Tires might have a strong presence in the community, but they clearly need to work on their customer satisfaction skills.
