I'm still trying to figure out how a company that's been around since 1991 and boasts about its award-winning customer service could drop the ball so badly. My experience with Alexander Party Rentals was a letdown from start to finish. The initial consultation seemed promising, with the staff being friendly and knowledgeable about their products. However, things started to go downhill when it came to the actual delivery and setup of the equipment. The tent we rented was not the one we were shown in the pictures, and the tables and chairs were not set up as discussed. When I called to complain, the customer service rep seemed dismissive and unconcerned with our issues. The whole ordeal was frustrating, and the lack of attention to detail was shocking. For a company that prides itself on making the rental process 'effortless, reliable, financially accessible, and enjoyable,' Alexander Party Rentals failed to deliver on almost every front. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and quality control, I would not recommend them to anyone planning an event in the Greater Puget Sound area.
