I've been doing business with Alexander Oil Company for a while now, and I must say, my experience has been thoroughly underwhelming. As a fleet manager, I expect a certain level of service and reliability from my fuel distributor, but Alexander Oil has consistently failed to deliver. The fuel quality is subpar, and I've had issues with contaminated fuel on more than one occasion. The prices are also higher than what I've found elsewhere, which is disappointing considering the lackluster service. I've tried to address these issues with their customer service team, but they seem more interested in making excuses than actually resolving the problems. The personal touch they claim to offer is nothing more than a marketing gimmick, and I've found their staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful. With so many other options available in Texas, I wouldn't recommend Alexander Oil Company to anyone. They may have a rich history, but their commitment to excellence seems to be nothing more than a distant memory.
