I've been with Alarm Partners for what feels like an eternity, and in that time, I've seen exactly one update to their system - and that was only because I badgered them into it. Their 'state-of-the-art monitoring' is nothing more than a fancy phrase for 'we're going to charge you a lot and not do much.' The 'personalized attention' they boast about? Non-existent. Unless you count the times they've called me to upsell their services as 'personalized.' Newsflash: it's not personalized if it's a scripted sales pitch. The technicians they send over are friendly, I'll give them that. But friendly doesn't cut it when the equipment they're installing is outdated and the monitoring service is lackluster. And don't even get me started on the 'monthly specials and packages.' It's all just a bunch of smoke and mirrors to get you to sign up for more services you don't need. I've tried to customize my security system to fit my specific needs, but every time I've been met with resistance and a 'one-size-fits-all' solution. For a company that prides itself on being 'the largest independently owned alarm service provider in South Florida,' you'd think they'd have their act together. But from my experience, Alarm Partners is all talk and no walk. Unless you enjoy feeling like just another number in a sea of customers, I'd recommend taking your business (and your security needs) elsewhere. 1/10, would not recommend.
