I'm still trying to process the absolute chaos that Al Pro Ceilings brought into my life. What started as a simple request to remove my outdated popcorn ceiling and apply a smooth finish turned into a never-ending nightmare. First, they were late. Not just a little late, but the kind of late that makes you question the fabric of time itself. Then, when they finally arrived, they seemed completely disorganized, like they were trying to solve a puzzle blindfolded while being attacked by a swarm of bees. The 'state-of-the-art spray rigs' they brag about? More like state-of-the-art mess makers. I've seen cleaner construction sites. The paint they used, supposedly from 'renowned brands,' looked like it was applied by a kindergartener having a temper tantrum. And don't even get me started on the 'finest materials' and 'trained professionals.' It felt like they hired their cousin's brother-in-law's dog to do the job. After multiple delays, miscommunications, and what can only be described as a lack of basic human decency, I ended up with a ceiling that's barely passable and a whole lot of stress. The final nail in the coffin was when they tried to charge me extra for 'unexpected repairs' that I'm pretty sure they caused themselves.
