Despite their impressive certifications and decades of experience, my encounter was marred by subpar communication and inconsistent quality. The initial sales team, particularly Greg, seemed friendly and knowledgeable; however, as the process progressed, I found it increasingly difficult to get updates on the status of my engine components. The lack of transparency regarding timelines and the eventual delivery of a part that didn't meet my expectations was nothing short of disappointing. For a company that prides itself on precision and customer service, I expected far more attention to detail and personalized care. The final product, while functional, showed signs of rushed workmanship, particularly in the reconditioning of the camshafts. Given the premium prices charged, one would anticipate flawless execution, especially considering their FAA and EASA certifications.
