I'm still trying to process how a company that claims to be 'Ahead of the Rest' can so thoroughly disappoint. As someone who's particular about their outdoor space, I thought I'd found the perfect partner in crime. Their website looked sleek, the products seemed innovative, and the promise of 'top-quality' and 'durable' furniture had me sold. Fast forward to the actual experience, and let's just say it was a masterclass in overpromising and underdelivering. The 'patented, detachable headrests' that were supposed to be the pièce de résistance? More like a flimsy afterthought that kept falling off. And don't even get me started on the 'durable, stunning Sunbrella fabrics' – after one season, they're already faded and stained. I've had better luck with IKEA. The re-upholstering and re-powder coating services? Just a fancy way of saying 'we'll charge you extra to fix our own mistakes.' What really takes the cake, though, is the 'strong commitment to customer satisfaction' that apparently doesn't include actually listening to customer complaints or providing meaningful solutions. When I tried to address my concerns, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a healthy dose of condescension. Needless to say, I won't be recommending Ahead of the Rest to anyone anytime soon. Unless you enjoy parting with your hard-earned cash for subpar products and service, stay far, far away.
