I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Agrar. As a farmer in Belarus, I rely on their spare parts to keep my equipment running. Unfortunately, my last order took over two weeks to arrive, which is unacceptable given their promise of 'fast delivery.' When I tried to contact their customer support, I was met with a lot of excuses and no real solutions. The parts themselves were original and of good quality, I'll give them that. However, the inconvenience and frustration caused by their logistics and customer service far outweigh any benefits. For a company that claims to be a 'trusted partner' for agricultural businesses, they have a lot to learn about reliability and communication. Until they improve their delivery times and customer support, I would not recommend Agrar to anyone.
