I was really excited to try Ag-Alchemy Animal Nutrition's Pro Bakery Bites for my dog, given their supposed focus on quality and safety. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. Firstly, the treats themselves were not as tasty as I had expected - my dog, who usually gobbles up any treat, was uninterested in them. But the bigger issue was with the company's customer service. When I tried to contact them about my concerns, I was met with a generic response that seemed to ignore my specific issues. For a company that claims to be family-owned and have a 100-year history, I expected more personalized care.
