I'm writing this review as a warning to others: beware of AFS Logistics' grand promises. As a logistics manager for a mid-sized company, I was initially impressed by their pitch and industry-leading experience. However, our experience with them was a disaster from start to finish. The onboarding process was slow, and their team seemed disorganized. We were assigned a 'dedicated' account manager who was rarely available and didn't seem to understand our specific needs. The technology they touted as 'best-in-class' was clunky and often didn't integrate with our existing systems. But the biggest issue was the lack of transparency. Despite their claims of 'visibility into performance metrics,' we found it difficult to get accurate and timely information about our shipments. When we tried to address these issues with AFS, we were met with resistance and excuses. It became clear that their 'commitment to customer satisfaction' was just a marketing slogan. We ended up switching to a different logistics provider after only six months, and it's been a breathe of fresh air. If you value your sanity and your business, stay far away from AFS Logistics. One star is even too generous for this company.
