I'm still trying to process how a company with such a stellar reputation and membership in the National Kitchen & Bath Association could so utterly fail to meet my expectations. My experience with Affordable Cabinet & Doors Ltd. was nothing short of disastrous. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the process was marred by delays, miscommunications, and a general sense of disorganization. The 'custom' cabinets they provided looked like they belonged in a budget-friendly IKEA showroom, not in a premium kitchen renovation. The quality was subpar, with noticeable gaps in the finish and a lack of attention to detail that made me question their craftsmanship. But what truly took the cake was the exorbitant price tag. I've seen better work from local, smaller outfits at a fraction of the cost. It seems to me that Affordable Cabinet & Doors Ltd. has become complacent, relying on its reputation rather than continually striving for excellence. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and quality control, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. One star is even too generous for this underwhelming experience.
