I visited Aeropaty27 for my nephew's birthday, hoping to find some exciting party supplies. Unfortunately, the experience was a letdown. The prices of their geliyeleye shary (helium balloons) were inflated, and the quality wasn't impressive. I ordered a few nabory iz sharov (balloon sets) and bant dlya mashiny (car bows), but they didn't look as vibrant as they did online. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me find what I needed, and when I asked about their korobka-syurpriz (surprise boxes), they barely explained what was inside. For a company that claims to cater to special events like det skim sadam i shkolam (kindergartens and schools) and svadba (weddings), I expected more dedication to customer satisfaction. The store's location in Russia might make it convenient for local customers, but for me, it was a disappointment. Unless they improve their product quality and customer service, I wouldn't recommend Aeropaty27 to anyone.
