I'm extremely disappointed with the care I received at Adventist Health. Despite their claims of whole-person care and compassionate service, my experience was marred by long wait times, dismissive staff, and a general lack of empathy. The urgent care center I visited was understaffed, and the doctor seemed more interested in rushing through my appointment than actually listening to my concerns. The receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the overall atmosphere felt more like a cold, impersonal clinic than a welcoming healthcare environment. I was expecting a more personalized approach to my care, given Adventist Health's emphasis on unique and innovative healing methods. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of their promises. The focus on whole-person care and community involvement that I've heard so much about was nowhere to be found. As someone who values patient-centered care, I was disappointed to find that Adventist Health's priorities seemed to lie elsewhere. Unless they can address these issues and live up to their mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care, I would not recommend Adventist Health to others.
