I must say, my experience with Advance Fasteners LTD was a resounding disappointment. As a long-time customer in the manufacturing industry, I've come to expect a certain level of quality and service from my suppliers. Unfortunately, Advance Fasteners fell woefully short. The website, while user-friendly, was often slow to load and lacked essential product information, making it difficult for me to navigate and find what I needed. When I finally did manage to place an order, the shipping was slow, and the products themselves were not of the quality I've come to expect from a reputable distributor like Advance Fasteners. The case hardened fasteners I received were poorly plated, and the mechanical zinc plating was inconsistent. I was surprised, given their mission statement, that they didn't seem to prioritize quality control. The customer service team, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed and unable to address my concerns in a timely manner. As someone who values fairness and transparency in business dealings, I was disappointed by the lack of communication regarding delays and product issues. For a company that prides itself on 'excellence' and 'fair dealings,' I expected more. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Advance Fasteners LTD for my fastener needs. With so many other reputable distributors out there, I see no reason to settle for subpar service and products.
