I'm writing this review as a warning to fellow off-road enthusiasts: beware of ADV Fiberglass's subpar products. I recently purchased one of their hand-laid fiberglass fenders for my Toyota 4Runner, and the experience has been a disaster. First, the product arrived with noticeable defects - uneven finish, bubbles in the fiberglass, and a generally sloppy construction. I thought maybe it was just a one-off mistake, but after reaching out to their customer service, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a 'take it or leave it' approach. The team seemed more interested in defending their manufacturing process than actually addressing my concerns. As someone who's been in the off-roading community for years, I expect a certain level of quality and durability from the products I invest in. ADV Fiberglass fails to deliver on both counts. Their 'unbeatable quality' claim is nothing more than marketing fluff, and their 'industry-leading customer service' is a joke. Unless they seriously revamp their quality control and customer support, I'd advise everyone to steer clear of ADV Fiberglass. There are better, more reliable manufacturers out there who actually care about their customers and the products they produce.
