I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with Addison Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (ACREI) was a letdown. As a tenant in one of their managed properties, I expected more given their reputation and years of service in Northeast Florida. Unfortunately, the proactive maintenance they claim to prioritize was lacking. Simple repairs took an inordinate amount of time, and communication was sparse unless I initiated contact. The emphasis on creating a safe and comfortable environment for tenants seemed more like a marketing slogan than a genuine practice. For a company that prides itself on 'doing the right thing' and building strong relationships through open communication, my interactions felt dismissive and neglectful. Perhaps my expectations were too high, given their Top 10 rankings in leasing and sales volume, but as a client, I felt like just another number rather than a valued partner. If you're considering ACREI for your commercial real estate needs, I'd advise caution and thorough research. My experience was not reflective of the exceptional results and tailored solutions they advertise.
