I've been a part of the Los Angeles music scene for years, and I was really looking forward to trying out Adam's Music for my violin repair needs. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from start to finish. First, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and when I asked about the repair process, they gave me a vague estimate that ended up being way off. The actual repair took weeks longer than promised, and when I finally got my violin back, it still had issues. The technicians didn't even bother to clean it properly, and there were scratches on the body that weren't there before. I was really disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and care. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the management to express my concerns, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. As someone who's passionate about music, it's frustrating to see a place that's supposed to support the local music community fall so short. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I won't be taking my business back to Adam's Music anytime soon.
