I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Action Towing Inc. Despite their claims of being a 'reputable and ethical' company, my experience was nothing short of frustrating. I had called them for a tow after a minor accident, and the driver who arrived was not only late but also seemed completely disinterested in helping me. The collision repair services provided by Pro Auto Collision Inc. were subpar, with my car taking longer than expected to be fixed and the final bill being higher than initially quoted. What's even more concerning is the lack of transparency throughout the process. I had to constantly follow up to get updates on my vehicle's status, and even then, the communication was poor. For a company that boasts about its 'family-oriented approach' and 'dedication to customer satisfaction,' Action Towing Inc. fell short in every aspect. The award for Service Excellence they mention means little when the actual service provided is so lacking. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and repair quality, I would not recommend Action Towing Inc. to anyone.
