I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Action Overhead Door. Despite their claims of 24-hour emergency services, it took them over 48 hours to respond to my call about a broken garage door spring. When they finally arrived, the technician seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain the repairs or provide a clear estimate. The final bill was significantly higher than I expected, and the quality of the work was subpar. The new spring they installed started making a strange noise after just a few days, and when I called to report the issue, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes before being told that someone would call me back. It's been a week, and I still haven't heard back. For a company that prides itself on family values and strong leadership, I expected much better. Unfortunately, my experience with Action Overhead Door was a letdown, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
