I was looking for guidance on choosing the right paint and tools for the job, but the employee I spoke to seemed more focused on getting me to buy their most expensive products rather than actually understanding my needs. The store's layout was also confusing, with many products disorganized and hard to find. I ended up leaving empty-handed and feeling frustrated, which is not what I expect from a major retailer like Ace Hardware. Their online ordering system and delivery options might be convenient, but if the in-store experience is subpar, it's not worth it. For a company that prides itself on customer service and convenience, Ace Hardware fell short in my book.
