Underwhelming Experience at Ace Golf Cart

I stopped by Ace Golf Cart last weekend, looking to upgrade my old golf cart with some new accessories, specifically a lithium-ion battery. Their website and social media profiles looked promising, with a wide range of parts and services offered. However, upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the disorganization of the store. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took them a while to attend to me. When I asked about the lithium-ion battery alternatives to lead acid, they seemed unsure and had to check with someone else. I was looking forward to taking advantage of their promotion on refurbished carts, but they didn't have any in stock. The prices for the new carts were higher than I expected, and the free delivery within 50 miles of purchase wasn't applicable since I lived just outside that range. What really disappointed me, though, was the lack of appreciation for military service that I've seen advertised. As a veteran, I was looking forward to the special gratitude they claimed to offer, but it seemed like just a marketing gimmick. The operating hours were also somewhat restrictive, and I had to take time off work to visit during their business hours. All in all, my experience at Ace Golf Cart was underwhelming. The team, although friendly, seemed inexperienced and not very knowledgeable about their products. I ended up leaving without making a purchase and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a seamless and satisfying golf cart shopping experience.
