June 09, 2025Unfortunate Experience with Absolute Tile - Not Worth the Headache
I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with Absolute Tile Company was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share my story. We hired them to do the tiling for our new home's bathroom and kitchen, and from the start, it was a struggle. The initial consultation was great, and the salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. However, once the installation began, things started to go downhill. The crew was consistently late, and when they did show up, they seemed disorganized and left a mess everywhere. We had specifically requested a certain type of tile, but when it came time to install, they told us that it was 'unavailable' and tried to push a more expensive option on us. The final product was subpar, with noticeable gaps and unevenness in the tile. When I brought this to their attention, they became defensive and dismissive. The 'customer satisfaction' they claim to prioritize seems like just a marketing gimmick. For the premium price we paid, I expected much better quality and service. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and customer service, I would not recommend Absolute Tile Company to anyone. The stress and hassle were just not worth it. Maybe they're better with commercial projects, but for residential, I'd look elsewhere.
